Symposium registration includes:
- admission to symposium programs,
- coffee breaks,
- one lunch, and
- all other activities except the Saturday
banquet. Banquet reservations are priced separately to accommodate
guests of the symposium attendees.
The number of
spaces for the symposium is limited.

Credit card registrations will be accepted by mail or fax and must
include the signature of the applicant. Email and telephone
registrations will not be accepted.
